More than 1,500 local primary students joined 200 of our students last week in Alexandra Park to focus on reading and the integral part it plays in our lives. Feedback from the community was heartening, with feedback from many staff and students across the visiting primaries.

Staff were all proud of our students as they presented science experiments, poetry, plays, music performances, and many hands on activities.

'I am proud of all involved and need to highlight the role Di Barrett and Nancy Paterson played in pulling the event together. We have been told that our primaries expect us to turn up again next year!' school principal, Mrs McCord said.
