The Cashier window is situated on the northern side of the Main Administration building, just down from the Visitor Reception entrance, and is open Wednesday to Friday between 8am – 1.30pm.
Bundaberg State High School accepts payments made by BPOINT, Centrepay, EFTPOS or Cash. American Express is NOT accepted.
Internet payments using BPOINT or telephone payments using BPOINT Integrated Voice Response (IVR) are the preferred methods of payment for the Department due to the efficiencies created through automated receipting. BPOINT internet and IVR are simple and secure methods of collecting payment from customers and their use is strongly encouraged.

Online payment portal (BPoint)
Parents are able to pay their invoices via an online payment portal, accessible by any internet enabled computers or smartphones.
Payment by Centrelink deduction can be arranged through the school administration.
Qkr!
Qkr! is a free, easy-to-use app that enables mobile payment for school-based accounts to save parents time.

Although the app is a MasterCard initiative, it enables payment from most financial institutions and major credit cards with Safe and Secure MasterCard Technology and has been developed for use in schools in partnership with the Department of Education.
